Payment
You may settle your invoice via money transfer, cash or by travel cheques. We do not accept Credit cards.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure of a written, phone or e-mail reservation we renounce payment only in case we can again occupy the apartment/room. Otherwise the cancellation fee will be 90% of the invoice of the apartment/room. We recommend our guests to take a cancellation insurance. Generally the rules and regulations of the German "Gastgebervertrag" are applying.
Travel Insurance
Alwayws something unexpected might happen not allowing you to start your vacation. To avoid cancellation fees we recommend our guests to take a cancellation insurance. If you need any assistance please contact us directly.
